The Book starts with Company Raj and captures all intrinsic details about the historical development of the law of Sedition in India, from Thomas Macaulay’s drafting of the IPC in the late 1830s, its adoption in 1860 and its rigorous usage from late nineteenth century to the present day. (Now put on hold by the SC)

The book is filled with cases (involving sedition law ), reason and logic, strong enough for one to make his/her own opinion about the existence of sedition law in today’s world. A must read book for all the law students.
