Shubham is a legal professional, educator, and constitutional law and policy enthusiast committed to fostering accountable governance and empowering youth. An alumnus of Delhi University and NALSAR, he brings a blend of expertise in law, public policy, and practical experience in governance reform.
He has worked as a consultant to elected representatives and served as an Elected Representatives Fellow with the European Union, contributing to capacity building for elected representatives and school teachers. Shubham leads impactful youth engagement programs, including initiatives like DemoQuest, Election Watch, and Legislative Watch, equipping young minds with the knowledge and skills necessary for active democratic participation. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Symbiosis Law School, where he teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
